Fall Protection

The ACT and NSW Work Cover Code of Practice for Safe Work on Roofs require a roof perimeter safety rail or scaffolding where the height of the roof line from ground to gutter is in excess of 3 metres or exceeds 25 degree pitch. Other factors become relevant by the completion of a risk assessment prior to commencing the job.

Canberra and Districts Safe-T-Rail Pty Ltd will supply and erect roof perimeter safety guardrail to all areas that is so required by Occupational Health and Safety and the Work Cover Authority.

The bracket used for the connection of the post (upright) remains attached to the residence, thereby allowing any further ongoing maintenance to be under taken utilizing the existing bracket and reducing costs.

TWO-WEEK RENTAL PERIOD: $15.00 per L/m (includes GST)

Additional Costs:

Extra Hire: $3.00 per lineal metre for every 7 day calendar days of part thereof exceeding the initial 14 days, Charges will freeze on the date the bed and pointing is requested.

On site erection: The quoted price is based upon the information provided at the initial planning stage, and may be subject to variation consequent upon the installation of railing.
